Summary
This study looks for substances in the blood that can help doctors diagnose osteonecrosis of the femoral head (hip bone death) earlier. Currently, this condition is often missed or diagnosed late, leading to hip replacement. Researchers will test blood samples from 300 people with suspected hip problems to find reliable early markers and create a better diagnostic method.
