Could a seed in your ear soothe your stomach and help you sleep?
NCT ID NCT07442734
Summary
This study is testing if a gentle, non-drug therapy that stimulates specific points on the ear can help adults who have both chronic unexplained stomach discomfort (functional dyspepsia) and trouble sleeping. Researchers will see if this approach improves stomach symptoms and sleep quality, and will use brain scans and other tests to understand how it might work. The goal is to find a safe, alternative treatment for these often-linked conditions.
