New online program aims to ease mental strain of spinal cord injury

Summary
This study tested a new online program to help people with spinal cord injury cope better and improve their mental health. Twelve adults with spinal cord injury who had mild to moderate anxiety or depression took part in eight weekly online group sessions led by a nurse. The main goal was to see if the program was practical and well-liked by participants, with secondary goals of reducing anxiety and depression and improving quality of life.
