Summary

This study looks at whether giving e-cigarettes to smokers with mental illness who can't or won't quit can help them switch away from regular cigarettes. Participants will either get e-cigarettes alone or with extra behavioral support through telehealth. The goal is to reduce their exposure to harmful chemicals and lower health risks.
