Summary
This study looked at whether switching from regular cigarettes to either low or high wattage e-cigarettes helps people smoke less or quit. 372 adult smokers who weren't planning to quit joined the study. Researchers measured how many people stopped smoking and checked their breath for carbon monoxide to confirm.
