Summary
This study tested a new device called E-Celsius, which is a pill you swallow that measures your body temperature as it travels through your digestive tract. Twenty-two healthy volunteers took the pill, and researchers compared its readings to standard thermometers placed in the rectum and esophagus. The goal was to see if the pill is accurate and reliable for continuous temperature monitoring.
