New vaginal suppository aims to clear HPV and reverse early cervical changes

Summary

This study tests an experimental vaginal suppository called Dysplasix in 45 women with high-risk HPV and mild cervical abnormalities (ASC-US or LSIL). Participants will use the suppository for 15 doses over 19 days and be monitored for two months. The goal is to see if the treatment can clear the HPV infection and reverse the cervical cell changes, while also checking for side effects.
