Summary
This study tests whether a simpler, cheaper hormone protocol (dydrogesterone) can help women with low ovarian reserve accumulate more eggs for IVF compared to the standard protocol. About 730 women aged 18-37 will participate. The goal is to see if this approach leads to more successful pregnancies.
