Summary
This study tracked 712 people with lung or biliary tract cancer who received durvalumab (Imfinzi) as part of their normal treatment in Korea. The goal was to see how safe and effective the drug is outside of strict clinical trial settings. Researchers monitored side effects, treatment interruptions, and how long patients lived without their cancer getting worse.
