This study checked how safe and effective the cancer drug durvalumab (Imfinzi) is when used in real-world clinics, not just in strict research settings. It included 712 people in Korea with lung or biliary tract cancer who were already eligible for the drug. Researchers tracked side effects and how well the drug controlled the cancer over time.
