NCT ID NCT04108026
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested the drug durvalumab in 50 people with advanced stage IV non-small cell lung cancer who were in poor health (ECOG 2-3) and had not received prior treatment. The goal was to see if the drug could control the cancer with acceptable side effects. The approach uses the immune system to fight the tumor, offering a potential option for patients who often have no standard treatment.
