First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new way to give immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and ipilimumab) for patients with lung cancer or melanoma that has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord (leptomeningeal metastases). The drugs are given both directly into the spinal fluid and through a vein. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if this approach can control the disease. The study involves 26 participants and is currently active but not recruiting.
