New hope for lung cancer patients: durvalumab after chemoradiation shows promise

Summary
This study tests the drug durvalumab as a follow-up treatment for people with limited-stage small cell lung cancer whose cancer has not grown after initial chemotherapy and radiation. About 70 adults in Spain will receive durvalumab to see how safe it is and how well it controls the cancer. The goal is to improve survival and quality of life for these patients.
