Summary
This study follows 40 adults with severe prurigo nodularis, a condition causing intensely itchy skin nodules, as they receive dupilumab treatment. Researchers aim to understand how well the drug controls symptoms long-term and how it affects the immune system in the skin and blood. The goal is to gather real-world data to help optimize this targeted therapy for individual patients.
