New drug tested for relief from debilitating skin itch

Summary
This study is looking at how well the drug dupilumab works over time for people with a severe, itchy skin condition called prurigo nodularis. Researchers will follow 40 adults starting this treatment to see how much their itching and skin lesions improve. They will also collect blood and tissue samples to try to understand exactly how the drug works in the body.
