Summary
This study aims to understand how well the drug dupilumab works over time for people with prurigo nodularis, a condition causing intensely itchy skin bumps. Researchers will follow 40 adults starting this treatment to measure itch relief, skin improvement, and side effects. They will also collect blood and tissue samples to learn exactly how the drug affects the body's immune system in these patients.
