Summary

This study tests whether adding dupilumab to standard treatment can help adults with hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) who still have symptoms. HES causes too many eosinophils, damaging organs. About 30 participants will receive dupilumab injections for up to 48 weeks. The goal is to see if it reduces symptoms like asthma, skin issues, and sinus problems.
