First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug, dupilumab, in 20 children aged 6 months and older who have active eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), a condition that causes swelling in the food pipe and makes eating difficult. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and works over 24 weeks. Researchers will track side effects, drug levels in the blood, and whether the body fights the drug.
