NCT ID NCT07571369
First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether doing balance exercises (like walking backward or standing on one leg) while also doing mental tasks (like math or memory games) can help healthy university students feel less stressed and improve their balance. 72 students aged 18-25 will be split into three groups: one doing the combined exercises, one doing balance exercises only, and one getting general health advice. The training lasts 6 weeks, and stress levels and balance are measured before and after.
