Brain and balance: new study tests Dual-Task workout for stressed students
NCT ID NCT07571369
First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether doing balance exercises while also doing mental tasks (like math or memory games) can help reduce stress and improve balance in healthy university students aged 18 to 25. Seventy-two participants will be split into three groups: one doing the combined exercises, one doing balance exercises only, and one receiving general health advice. The program lasts 6 weeks with two sessions per week, and stress levels and balance are measured before and after.
