Summary

This study tests whether adding color-coded carbon footprint labels and calorie info to cafeteria food can nudge university students toward healthier, more eco-friendly choices. About 200 students will be split into two groups: one sees the labels, the other doesn't. Researchers will track the carbon footprint and nutritional quality of meals selected over several weeks.
