Summary
This study looks at whether a dual bronchodilator inhaler can improve both breathing and heart function in people newly diagnosed with moderate-to-severe COPD. Researchers will measure exercise capacity, lung function, and quality of life over 12 weeks. The study involves 80 adults aged 40 and older who are current or former smokers.
