Summary
This study looks at whether a dual bronchodilator can improve breathing, heart function, and quality of life in people newly diagnosed with moderate-to-severe COPD. Researchers will measure changes in exercise capacity and lung function over 12 weeks. The study involves 80 adults aged 40 and older who are current or former smokers.
