This study looked at 340 lung transplant patients who had donor-specific antibodies, which can cause organ rejection. They received a combination of immunoglobulin therapy, plasmapheresis, and rituximab. The goal was to see if the antibodies cleared and if the transplanted lungs survived longer without rejection.
