NCT ID NCT07112404
Summary
This study is testing whether a therapy called dry needling can help reduce pain and improve daily life for people with long-term low back pain. Researchers will compare three different dry needling session plans in about 42 adults. The main goal is to see if the treatment plan is practical and acceptable to participants, while also measuring changes in pain levels, physical function, and quality of life.
