Summary

This study looks at whether a single session of dry needling can immediately reduce calf muscle pain and improve sprint speed and jumping ability in amateur football players aged 18-25. Sixty players with active trigger points in their calf muscles will receive either real or sham needling. Researchers will measure pain, sprint time, and hop distance right before and after treatment.
