NCT ID NCT07525921
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether one session of dry needling can quickly reduce calf muscle pain and improve sprint speed and jumping ability in amateur football players aged 18 to 25. Sixty participants will receive either real or sham needling, and their pain, speed, and performance will be measured right before and after. The goal is to see if this simple procedure offers immediate benefits for muscle function.
