New injection offers hope for millions suffering from chronic dry mouth
NCT ID NCT07309588
Summary
This study is testing whether a solution called Sunecos-200, injected into the mouth, can help treat dry mouth caused by low saliva production. Researchers will give the injections to some participants and compare them to others who receive no treatment to see if it improves saliva flow and comfort. The study will also check the safety of the injections in 100 adults who have had dry mouth for at least three months.
