Summary
This study is testing if a new injection called Sunecos-200 can help adults with chronic dry mouth (hyposalivation). The injection contains hyaluronic acid and amino acids and is given into the mouth lining. Researchers will compare the injection to no treatment to see if it improves saliva flow, reduces dryness, and is safe for patients.
