First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This completed Phase 1 study looked at how two common medicines—cyclosporine (an immunosuppressant) and clarithromycin (an antibiotic)—change the levels of a new drug called PF-07328948 in the body. Twenty-six healthy adults took the new drug alone and then with each other medicine. The goal was to see if the combination is safe and how it affects drug levels, not to treat any disease.
