Summary
This study looked at how the antifungal drug fluconazole changes the amount of olomorasib in the blood and how fast the body clears it. Fifteen healthy adults stayed at a research center for 12 overnight visits over about 7 weeks. The results will help doctors understand if dose adjustments are needed when these drugs are used together.
