Summary
This study looked at how a new drug called linaprazan glurate interacts with common antibiotics (clarithromycin and amoxicillin) and bismuth in healthy volunteers and people with H. pylori infection. The goal was to measure drug levels in the blood and see how the body processes them. 56 adults took part to help understand safe dosing for future treatments.
