Summary
This study looked at how taking bosentan (a drug that can speed up liver breakdown of other drugs) changes the amount of nerandomilast in the blood. Sixteen healthy men took nerandomilast alone and then again after several days of bosentan. The goal was to see if bosentan lowers nerandomilast levels, which helps doctors decide on correct dosing.
