First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This completed Phase 1 trial studied how the antifungal drug itraconazole changes the way the body processes an experimental drug called BI 3031185. Fourteen healthy men took a single dose of BI 3031185 with and without multiple doses of itraconazole. The goal was to see if itraconazole affects drug levels in the blood, which helps guide safe dosing in future studies.
