First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looked at how two common drugs—carbamazepine and itraconazole—change the way a new drug called AP31969 is processed in the body. Twenty-eight healthy adults took AP31969 alone and with each of the other drugs to measure differences in drug levels. The goal is to understand potential interactions so that future patients can receive safe and effective doses.
