First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looks at how two common drugs—carbamazepine and itraconazole—change the amount of a new medicine called AP31969 in the blood. Healthy adults aged 18 to 55 will take AP31969 alone and with each of these drugs to see the difference. The results will help doctors understand how to adjust doses for future patients.
