Summary

This study aims to understand how a cancer drug called capivasertib affects how the body processes dextromethorphan, a common cough medicine ingredient. Researchers will give both drugs to 35 healthy volunteers in a specific sequence and measure drug levels in their blood. The goal is to learn about potential drug interactions to ensure safe future use.
