Summary

This study aims to understand how a cancer drug called capivasertib affects the way the body processes a common cough medicine, dextromethorphan. It will involve 35 healthy volunteers who will take both drugs in a specific order. The main goal is to measure drug levels in the blood to see if taking them together changes how the body handles them, which is important for future patient safety.
