Summary
This study looked at two treatments for drooling in children with cerebral palsy: botulinum toxin injections into the salivary glands and scopolamine skin patches. Both groups also received rehabilitation therapy. The goal was to see which approach worked better over 15 months. The study was terminated early and enrolled 23 children aged 4 to 18.
