Summary
This study compared two treatments for drooling in children aged 4-18 with cerebral palsy: botulinum toxin injections into the salivary glands and scopolamine skin patches. Both groups also received rehabilitation therapy. The goal was to see which approach better reduced drooling and improved quality of life over 15 months. The study was terminated early and enrolled only 23 participants.
