First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether a special remote control called DreamChanger, used by parents along with a simple therapy, can reduce how often and how badly children ages 3-10 have nightmares. About 120 children will either get the treatment right away or wait. Parents will answer questions about sleep and behavior. The goal is to ease nightmare symptoms without drugs.
