Summary
This study tests a nurse-led program called Dreamcatchers to help children aged 6 to 12 with cancer sleep better. The program teaches relaxation techniques like deep breathing and muscle relaxation to both kids and their caregivers. The goal is to improve sleep quality and overall well-being without using sleep medications. About 68 children will take part in this pilot study.
