Summary

This study tests a nurse-led program called Dreamcatchers to help children aged 6-12 with cancer sleep better. The program uses relaxation techniques like breathing exercises and muscle relaxation instead of sleep medications. About 68 children will take part to see if this approach improves sleep quality and overall well-being during cancer treatment.
