Summary

This study looks at 326 adults aged 18-80 who need long-segment spine surgery (two or more vertebrae). The goal is to create a score that predicts how much fluid will drain from the surgical site, so doctors can decide when to safely remove the drain. Researchers will test if the thickness of fat under the skin in the lower back can help predict drainage volume.
