Summary
This study tests a program that gives food supplements to pregnant women, new mothers, and their babies, along with advice on healthy eating, exercise, and infant feeding. The goal is to reduce both maternal obesity and child stunting in rural Indigenous communities in Guatemala. About 1,532 pregnant women aged 16 and older will take part.
