New pill aims to tame diabetes in cystic fibrosis patients
NCT ID NCT06995651
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a drug called dorzagliatin in adults with cystic fibrosis who also have problems with their pancreas and blood sugar control. Researchers want to see if taking the pill for a week improves how the body handles sugar after a meal, compared to a placebo. The study will measure drug levels in the blood and check for changes in insulin and other hormones.
