Summary
This study looks at whether a drug called levodopa (L-DOPA), which increases dopamine in the brain, can improve mood, thinking speed, and walking in older adults with depression. About 100 people aged 60 and older with depression and slowed thinking or walking will take part. The goal is to see if boosting dopamine can ease depression symptoms and improve daily function.
