Summary

This study tests whether pasteurized donor human milk (PDHM) is a practical feeding option for infants exposed to HIV. Ten caregivers in Saskatchewan will try PDHM as a supplement to breastfeeding or formula and report any challenges. The goal is to learn if donor milk can be offered more widely to this group.
