Summary

This study tests a new medicine called DNV001, given as a shot, for people with high cholesterol that isn't well controlled by their current statin pills. About 120 adults will receive different doses or a placebo to see how much it lowers their bad cholesterol (LDL-C) over 24 weeks. All participants will stay on their usual statin medication during the trial.
