Summary
This study tests whether an oral supplement called DLBS1033 can improve nerve damage symptoms in adults with type 2 diabetes. Over 28 days, 34 participants will receive either the supplement plus standard care or standard care alone. Researchers will measure changes in nerve function, inflammation, and pain scores to see if the supplement helps repair nerves and ease symptoms.
