Summary
This study tests whether an oral supplement called DLBS1033 can reduce nerve damage and inflammation in adults with diabetic polyneuropathy—a common complication of type 2 diabetes causing pain and numbness. Thirty-four participants will take either the supplement plus standard care or standard care alone for 28 days. Researchers will measure changes in nerve function, pain scores, and blood markers of inflammation and nerve repair.
