Summary
This study tested two different chemotherapy combinations (R-ACVBP and R-CHOP) for younger adults with aggressive B-cell lymphoma. Treatment decisions were guided by PET scan results after the 2nd and 4th chemotherapy cycles, allowing doctors to adjust therapy based on how well the cancer was responding. The goal was to improve outcomes by personalizing treatment intensity for each patient's specific response.
